K-Star Legacy offers absolutely everything you could ask for in a gym. Their classes cater for beginners, intermediates, advanced, fighter-level and children. They also offer private tutelage and a range of class types such as Muay Thai, circuit training and boxing.

They’re based in Oldbury, which is great if you can’t make it to their other K-Star training facilities around Birmingham.

With a range of instructors and former European Muay Thai champion Damien Trainor heading the operation, students will get the very best from their experience.
